Dear All,

I would be grateful for an idea on the highest demonstrated velocities of scanning with conventional techniques, contact, tapping, non-contact on non-atomically flat samples? I would appreciate a reference on a theoretical paper on the scanning rates and velocities limitations too.

What would be the limit for scanning about 100 nm high greed with vertical walls (conventional (tip shape limited profiles)?

Thank you beforehand.

Dmitry
