孙博士，谢谢你的回复。

果然是硬件的问题。后来我们组的人给技术支持打电话，发现是电脑电池的问题，CMOS被清零了。换了个电池，重新设置CMOS中IRQ设置，就好了。

应该是电脑本身硬件或者驱动程序的问题，从事件查看器中看问题指向您的视频采集卡。请重新插拔视频采集卡或重新安装驱动，或者暂时在安全模式下禁用，再试试启动设备。或者开机时按下F8，试试最后一次正确配置进行启动；或者试试系统还原。
