I saw some presentation from Bruker that shows modulus histogram distinguishing different materials in modulus map from QNM, but I can only find Depth histogram showing height difference rather than absolute height in the software, any of you have any idea how to get the height histogram of the whole image as well as user defined region? I guess it's pretty simple technically but I couldn't find in the software. Thanks for any help.

Hi, Albert,

You can find 'X Axis' in the control panel for plotting depth histogram and just simply switch it to 'Absolute' instead of default 'Relative', then you can get 'height histogram' you are referring to.
