Hi All,

Does any one know how to set the available minium scan speed on Nanoscope 5.30r2 ?

Example: in SSRM, the minimum scan speed is 0.01Hz and in SCM is 0.1 HZ. Where is the tip on the menus to select it ?

Thanks

Denis

Hi Denis,

Try going to the Microscope pull down menu, then choosing Calibrate, then Scanner.  "Minimum scan speed" is at the bottom of the list of calibration parameters.

I hope this helps.
