Hi all -

I've been trying to track down a protocol for functionalizing glass or mica surfaces with streptavidin.  Does anyone have a good protocol or know of a good online resource?

thanks,

Hi, Brent,

Since mica is negative charged and PI of strepavidin is ~5, so if you have strepavidin in an acidic solution, you should be able to direct deposit strepavidin on mica surface through charge interaction.

Thanks - do you have any literature references by any chance?
