关于较硬样品的模量测算

在测算杨氏模量的时候,应该先找到比较硬的物体做力曲线来表征探针。然后再用去测量样品,但如果遇到比较硬的样品的时候比如达到几十甚至上百GPa的模量的样品的时候,怎么办?

应该用什么来表征探针先?

表征样品的选取和探针有关(须保证样品变形相对于悬臂梁的弯曲可以忽略不计,理论上最硬的样品最好),一般都是用sapphire来表征探针。对于上百GPa模量样品,一般选用金刚石的探针,这种探针一般都已经标定过了,不用再表征。

我们实验室中有一根DNISP的针,只标了S/N:11925414,请问可以查到它标定好的参数吗?

Peak Force QNM的测量范围是0.7MPa到70GPa。超过这个范围会不准,超过10GPa的请用金刚石探针做。不是普通的DNISP探针,是用力常数大约350N/m的DNISP-HS 探针。探针会配有说明,里边详细写了探针参数。
