Hi,

Is there a linux version of the nanoscope analysis software ? I found it only for windows.

Not that I know of. Try Gwyddion. Or maybe it can be used with Wine.

I tried with wine but it doesn't work.

Gwyddion does not open the .000 Bruker files obtained with nanoscope v 8.15 (says that the Z scale header field is missing). I already contacted Gwyddion dev. for that problem. Hope it will work soon.

But anyway, it would be great to have a linux version of nanoscope analysis, since it's an offline software that users may want to install on their own computer. Smile
