在液相模式下AFM成像的问题

孙工好, 我最近在做afm液相模式时, 总是无法成功的下针(我用的biolever, 共振频率为37khz, 长度60微米),更别提成像了.

 液相下时,我调好sum后,设置好共振频率, 可是等了十几分钟, 针尖上也没有发现气泡,可就是无法下针, 请求给予解答.

这个37kHz是空气中的共振频，液相下会变化（掉到10kHz左右），需要自己找（manual tune）。频率不对自然下不了针。

您用的是什么型号？无法下针时会出现什么现象？一直下针直到探针压断？根本不下针？下针过程中sum，vert和hori的变化如何？
