Hi All,

I am having the following problem while trying to run a Veeco CPII

When I initialize the ProScan software (Ver 1.9) i get the following error.

error 1: "Init:306:Programming error: bad arg to fnc.l"

So I ran the DSP test and this is what i get:

C:\>CD CPII
