孙博士，您上次和我说您以前用原子力学显微镜测过植物，您只是形貌吗？我想问问您用是什么的探针，针尖的大小是多少啊？悬臂的弹簧常数大概是多少？

我以前测的是冬青叶子，用的是普通tapping探针RTESP，针尖曲率半径大约在8-10nm，弹性系数在20-80N/m。
