Crash-protection was triggered/detected

Hi,

We have a Dimension ICON and meet a crash-protection problem after changing the tip. Please see below error log.

Error: OptoXY nulling
Error: Stage not initialized due to power cycled. Please reset controller and initialize the stage.
Error: Crash-Protection was triggered/detected by the YSensor. Verify scanner position and laser alignment to re-enable motion.
Error: Stage not initialized
Can not open Setup View: the stage is not initialized or no stage is present.

Is the scanner head damage? I am not sure if possible to reset the YSensor to release the crash-protection?
