Bruker launches 24/7 online customer support
Over the past year, Bruker Nano Surfaces Division began an ambitious program to ensure better and faster service worldwide by establishing new Customer Care Centers in China, Japan, Singapore, and Germany. Customers are already providing great feedback on the results of this investment in global resources combined with local expertise. Expanded service reach to local markets has resulted in substantial improvements in response time to our customers worldwide.
