Dear community,
Could anybody share with me a good technique to immobilize fresh tissue? I would like to measure elasticity and also capture some images of umbilical cord using a Bioscope II. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The immobilization of complex on tissue was based on N-hydroxysuccinamide (NHS) ester coupling . NHS esters are reactive groups that under physiological conditions react with primary amines (NH2), such as those found on the surface of cells, to form a covalent amide bond.
