工程师您好！

请问，我用PeakForce TUNA测HOPG表面的导电性，为什么电压加之1v的时候三个电流通道都只在pA级？

tuna current是整个ramp过程中的平均电流，即等于contact电流加上针与样品没接触时电流的平均，而针与样品没接触时本来就没电流，这样区分tuna current和contact current的意义何在？

Peakforce TUNA不同于contact模式下的TUNA，在测电流时探针与样品并非一直处于接触状态，因此得到的电流比较小，三个电流都可以定性地看导电性分布，只是算法不同。
