Dear Sir/Madam.
This is S.K.Moorthy from Pondicherry University, In my Department we are using AFM and I using NanoscopeAnalysis 1.4 tool for analysis purpose . I have a doubt in the operation in software.
While I using the 3D image mode (When I clicked the option LABEL TYPE as ALL the image is disappeared, again when I clicked AXIS the image is appear but scaling is not there. please suggest me what to do..?
