Hello
Has anyone measured IV curve using a AFM multimode?
Sure. If you are quipped with the C-AFM or TUNA module, and your sample has some conductivity this should be rather straightforward. Make sure to use a cantilever adapted to electrical measurements (solid metal, or metal-coated, for example).
Some samples can be a lot harder to get good & repeatable I-V curves, than others. The environment (humidity) can for example play a role. If you share a bit mroe info on the type of smaple you try to analyse, I might have some further advice.
Best regards,
Peter
Hello Peter,
yes I do have a CAFM module but I am having issues visualizing the I-V curve as my Nanoscope version seems to be very different from the manual I ve got. Ramp and Mode in my Nanoscope appear to have less options. I had a go but I cannot visualize a plot current (Y axis) vs voltage (X axis)
Regards,
Daniela
