Dear All,

I was working with a Nanoscope IIIa AFM V4.23r3 recently. I met a system crash and the computer told me fatal error reading xystage.par.

The system is under DOS system and a really old PC.

Has anyone experienced the same problem? and how to fix it?

It just happened when I was trying to withdraw.

Seeking solutions to fix it.
