Dear all,

we want to locally measure the electrochemical OCP of the tip in the vicinity of reactive nanoparticles with our Multimode 6. Therefore, we thought about using the Signal Access Module.

We already tried to read out the "Ana.1" signal with an oscilloscope (with 1M-Ohm input impedance). According to the manual this should show the "tunnelling tip potential". However, we could not see anything on the oscilloscope. It seems, as if the only channel, where we can read out a signal is the "Bias"-channel. Is there any way, how we can read out the electrochemical potential of the tip with respect to the reference electrode?

Moreover, we thought about accessing the signals, when operating in SECPM-mode. Unfortunately, there is nothing mentioned in the manual about accessing SECPM-signals. Does it work with the same output-channels as for EC-STM?

Thank you for your help,

Yunchang
