求 bruker n8 neos 的操作軟件, scanpanel

如題, 操作主機前陣子硬盤悲劇了, 並且沒有備份,沒有驅動光碟

AFM 型號是bruker n8 neos

求好心人提供AFM操作軟件scanpanel (應該是跟其他型號通用的才對)

別人家的操作軟件都有提供公開下載,bruker 應該學習一下
