如何获得AFM检测文件*.FLT内的高度矩阵

需要提取FLT文件中的高度矩阵，比如用512线扫描的话就是512*512阵点的高度数据，nanoscope analysis有这个功能吗？是否能从FLT文件中直接提取高度数据呢？比如说直接读取二进制文件，起始数据的位置在哪里？

不知道有没有遇到这方面问题的前辈，请教了。

这是每一个点的原始数据，您可以导入到excel或者origin，matlab中进行进一步的处理。

只需要在Nanoscope Analysis的软件中，在右侧的缩略图上点击右键，选择export  "ASCII"。即可导出ASCII码。如果需要直接得到矩阵，在导出设置中设置为导出512列就可以了。

我也倒出来了，但是导出这个数据的用处是啥？以前没见过！
