Dear All,

I have read in many papers that performing PFM experiments on thin film samples using the Veeco di CP , Autoprobe  (a quite old system by formerly known Veeco) is possible. I tried to contact Bruker experts but without much luck. If anyone can help me fix this issue I would be greatly indebted. I have access to the following instruments (as I had noticed, mentioned by the papers reporting PFM using similar setup):

       Veeco di CP (Autoprobe)
Low-voltage Signal Access Module (something that has 8 bnc's)
       SR 830 Lock-in-Amplifier
       DLPCA-200 (current amplifier)
       Software: ProScan
I am supposed to perform pfm and switching spectroscopy measurements. I just needed to know the right connections to and from the controller via the signal acsess module and some idea of how to get the spectroscopic data. please if someone reading this post knows about it, I would be really thakful to him/her.
Best Regards
Pal
