PFQNM探针选择,OTESPA和MPP-11120-10

我用的是ICON,想在PFQNM模式下扫图。被测样品的模量主要分布在20GPa,在个别小区域(50nm)模量在8GPa,或者30GPa。根据说明书和文献,现在初步现则探针TAP525A,TAP300A和OTESPA,按照说明书TAP525A比较合适,但是TAP525A是不是太硬,在小区域不那么灵敏,会不会测试不精确,所以有文献用OTESPA,OTESPA在做PFQNM时和TAP300A有什么区别,各有什么特点?谢谢!

只要能够保证在测模量的过程中探针能使样品有至少2-5nm的形变量,才能满足DMT模型。为了防止Deflection的误差引起的Indentation的误差,则需要样品的形变量至少是Deflection的3倍以上,在满足以上条件的情况下,再选择能满足条件的最软的探针以保证灵敏度。无论使用哪种探针,都必须以以上几点为标准来进行选择。OTESPA探针比TAP300A更尖一些,且探针前倾形状略特殊。如果在TAP300A和OTESPA中选择请选TAP300A。
