孙博士在吗？我们的Dimension Icon这两天在模式切换时会出现：“Error: sensor pre-amp-offset of z center(0.6262) is over the 0.6 limit!”，但扫图又基本正常，我想请问您这是什么地方有问题吗？谢谢您！

闭环子系统可能引起此问题。此问题涉及到较复杂的诊断，下周将有工程师联系上门诊断。

闭环子系统相对比较独立，并且如果是为了做形貌成像，Z向即使Height Sensor得不到正确数据，也可以先参考校准过的Height通道数据。在工程师到之前您可以继续使用。

是的，主要问题是z+ piezo的高压放大芯片损坏，现在仪器已基本恢复正常，感谢您及几位工程师的热心帮助，谢谢！
