Hi

I'm wondering if I can find about electrostatic charges on a polymer ( PVDF) with KPFM mode.

Is there any relation between electrostatic charge and volta potential? if yes how they are correlated?

Thanks for your reply, but the KPFM mode which I'm working with is AM, is it capable of measuring electrostatic charge?

Marjan,

Yes. If you read the application note carefully, you'll see that the AM mode has a worse resolution than FM mode. We have an online training video for this. Please go watch it:
