Hello, I am capturing force curves via the PeakForce capture function in PFQNM mode. I want to analyse the force curves in R so that I can run some particular operations on all curves of an image at the same time without losing the spatial context of a single force curve. Can anybody help me how to load a Nanoscope .pfc file in R?

Regards

Hi Robin,

Can you try python? There is a python library to convert: http://rpy.sourceforge.net/ and there is some python code on NanoScope software to read in nanoscope files.  Another option would be to use the Matlab toolbox and Matlab instead.

Our application engineer will follow up later.

Thanks,

Teddy
