Hello,

I am working on a Dimension Icon Microscope. Suddenly my photodetector adjustment is not working anymore. Focussing of the laser on the cantilever works and I get a good sum signal. Also vertical adjustment/centering of the photodetector is possible but the horizontal/lateral signal stays at -12.29V and is not changing when I turn the photodetector adjustment knob. However the red light spot on the screen on the scanner head is moving for vertical and horizontal adjustment as well but the signal shown in the software window on the computer is not. Changing the tip did not help. Any ideas what could be wrong? Hopefully not a damaged detector...

thanks in advance

Robin
