NEW Dimension FastScan Broadband Probes - The Benchmark for AFM Speed

Corresponding with Bruker's introduction of the world's fastest AFM, the Dimension FastScan™, we have also released new Dimension FastScan Broadband Probes that are designed to maximize the system's capabilities. Our probes manufacturing engineers worked hand-in-hand with the designers of the Dimension FastScan to develop and extensively test new broadband probes that could optimize the expanded capabilities of the new AFM. The result is the perfect example of the importance of having one company design and manufacture both AFMs and the probes they use.

The available Broadband probes are:

• Broadband-A; primarily used in air, 18N/m spring constant, 1.4MHz frequency
• Broadband-B; primarily used in fluids, 1.8N/m spring constant, 450kHz frequency
• Broadband-C; primarily used in fluids, 0.8N/m spring constant, 210kHz frequency
