Hi Nishith, PeakForce QNM on the ICON uses PeakForce Tapping to oscillate the probe at a constant rate while generating force curves, and there is not the option to setup a ramp delay to hold the tip on the sample at the end of the extention for a specified period of time. Hi Catalina, Yes - If you set the Ramp Delay in the Advanced force curve menu, it will still be active in Force Volume mode although that parameter is not shown in that menu. I have run MFM in fluid in the past, and it seemed to work. I used the standard probe for MFM (Model MESP) which worked in Tapping in Fluid and used Lift Mode for the MFM signal.
