  • NanoScope IIIa Dimension 3000 software upgrade from V5.30r3sr3 to V5.33r1

    Hi all, I’m using NanoScope IIIa Dimension 3000 SPM with V5.30r3sr3 software (microscope s/n 483). The newer V5.33r1 version recently revealed at ftp://sboftp.bruker-nano.com/.../Software/... . Is there some difference to make a sense for upgrade? What about stable version? Thanks, Peter.

  • NanoScope IIIa X-Y Board problem

    Hi everyone! I have a problem: the scanner does not moving in a horizontal plane. Even when focusing on the tip there is no circular motion of scanner. Z- direction seems OK. SPM : NanoScope IIIA Dimension 3000 (model NS3a, serial 1495, XY-board “N3A-XY-9209 311-000-057 Rev. B”). All supply voltages are present on the X-Y board. Ten years

  • The thermal tune solution for Dimension 3000 NanoScope IIIa/5.30r3 Software

    Hi ! Is there some possible way to use the thermal tune approach for spring constant estimation on Dimension 3000 NanoScope IIIa/5.30r3 Software? We have no special hard-/software. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Peter.

    Hi, Stephen thanks for replay. We have made factory upgrade of our SPM in 2004 (Veeco-Europe, France). I have now the NanoLithography manual (Software Version 5.12 Part Number: 004-984-000, revision A 12/17/01) and C++ installation disk only. It will be great to obtain current CD and manual !     Hi! I have the Quadrexed Dimension 3000 NanoScope IIIa with software v.5.30r3.sr3 (2005). So, 1. Can somebody help me with Nanolithography command reference? There is a lack of information in DI manual. 2. How can I ask for software update ? Thanks, Peter
