Hello, I am using a Dimension 3100 controller to analyze my polymer films. I am trying to extract dimensional data of the nanostructures that I see in my films: height, width and length. The "Section" option is fairly simple to use, but I wonder how I can correct for the radius of the tip? In one of the papers I read, the authors had used
