Hello, Does anyone know the description of the 4 electrical sockets with which the tip holder is fixed and conected to the head. 2 of these 4 sockets should carry the tapping piezo signal. Thansk in advance

Joop, We are encountering the same problem as you reported last year : uncontrollable change of the Sens Zsens parameter. How have you solved it? have a nice day, Jasmine

The Sens Zsens parameter is the sensitivity of the Z scanner, expressed in nm/V. This parameter is fixed by the calibration of teh z scanner. The problem we encounter is that this parameter is changing from images to images, altough no calibration has been performed in the meanwhile. Is this normal? As this parameter is changing, we can not compare
