I can use the cross section analysis tool to export a line of data although even that seems to be an average. Second, I know that I can use the tip qualification tool to get an estimate of the shape of the tip but not how I can apply it to the data

Hi, I am working on an Innova AFM and I'm having an issue with the laser. I align it but once its engaged to the surface the laser jumps out of alignment. If I then align it and scan it stays aligned until I unengage it and it jumps. I'm not scanning anything I haven't scanned before but I never had this problem. I'm looking for any

Hi, I'm trying to measure height with the section analysis tool. I'd like to be able to set a baseline that way all of the height measurements are taken from that baseline rather than being dependent on where I place the cursor bars.
