Hello I have a problem, maybe someone can help me. I work with an AFM MultiMode NanoScope III Controller from Veeco. I want to calculate Young modulus E=4(1-υ 2 )F max / 3tanα δ 2 but I don't know what angle has the tip that I use ( diamond tip DNISP model) Help me!!! Thanks in advance!
