Dear community, I struggle trying to make the Z axis equally sized to the other two axes in the 3D image in Nanoscope Analysis. What's the problem? Is the live image black or not visible at all? Could it be that you didn't activate "Live image" in the menu?

Basically, the answer is that you need to capture an image first (from the Point-&-Shoot menu). Once the image is captured, "Ramp and Capture" becomes enabled.
