Nanoscope Problem

Hi everybody I'm using a SPM NanoScope III with Nanoscope 5.30r3sr3 as controlling software. Since few days ago when we've tried to use de microscope, in the software doesn't appear the microscope button (the yellow microscope) to enter to real-time operation.
