Our faculty bought a new Catalyst version(8.15) and I am learning how to use the afm. I notice that there is a scanasyst mode and it does not need any tunning of the cantilever. Does it mean that I dont need to calibrate the spring constant and the deflection sensitivity? Can scanasyst help me get the foce-distance curve of everypoint on the cell? Besides
