As far as I know at the moment, Nanodrive 8.03 based systems aren't any compatible with Windows 7. To be able to run run Windows 7, we would need to purchase a Hardware Upgrade for the Controller. (We got an Dimension Edge AFM) At least, that's what Bruker Germany Support told me when I was asking for it. Can you confirm this? To be honest,

Hi, I highly recommend you to try gwyddion ( http://gwyddion.net/ ) Its a free AFM analysis Software and, tbh, in my opinion its way more powerfull than Nanoscope. Its also able to perform a roughness measurement.

Save and re-open a Workspace in NanoScope Analysis 1.4

Hi everyone, I got a problem when using the Save the workspace and open it later. The saving process seems pretty fine, in fact the size of the .FLT Files heavily increases from 177KB to 4145KB (in this specific example) but that's not a really big deal for me right now.
