Hello everyone, I would like to use the optical microscope of an old broken DI CP-II AFM. I know that the camera and optics are controlled via the AFM interface. I tried to find some hardware information about the connection wire to see if I can use it without any success. Anybody knows anything about it? Thanks, JP
