The Shephard Group, in conjunction with Nanoposts.com, is pleased to announce an important workshop on ‘Nanotechnologies for Soldier Enhancement, Protection and Support’, taking place on 11 November 2011, at Bisley, England, as part of a two-day event on Modern Infantry and FIND (Night Vision and EOS).

 

This unique workshop brings together international experts to describe and discuss the applications of nanotechnology to all aspects of soldier enhancement, performance and safety in the field. It will inform delegates of cutting edge advances in nanotechnology applications, while facilitating interaction between international representatives of the defence industry, military research, governments, procurement agencies and academia, ensuring that the potential of nanotechnology to transform the military can be fully realised.
