Hi,

This message is not directly AFM-related but concerns cell culture.

As you may know, some cell types require centrifugation (and trypsination,...) and some don't. Do you know where I could find an exhastive list of such cell types?

Thanks,

Alex.

Hi Alex,

Not sure is this is what you're looking for but if you go to the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC) website (www.atcc.org) you can search for a particular cell line and it will provide you with the protocol for subculturing it, includuing whether or not you have to trypsinize and or/ centrifuge them. Hope this helps you!

Best,

Andrea
