Is there a software for analyzing force curves recorded with force volumes?

I am looking at the elastic modulus variation in a surface using Force Volumes from Bioscope II.

Right now I am analyzing individual force curves, first to convert the Deflection vs Z piezo graph into F vs Indentation curve, and then fitting this curve to a model that yields the elastic modulus of the sample.

I was wondering if there is a software that could process an entire Force Volume folder?

Hey Mirela, 

we wrote some code for Igor Pro which allows us to analyze FV maps. Maybe you have to change some parts of the code to extract the elastic modulus but this should not be a big problem.

Check out SPIP form Image Metrology (http://www.imagemet.com/) and Punias (http://punias.free.fr/). Both would be good places to start.

Sorry for the delay in my answer.

To me the best software to post-process Force Volume files is Open Fovea (the earlier version was called Sucellus) developped by Charles Roduit at the EPFL (Lausanne, Switzerland).

The website is not so much documented:

but the last picture at the bottom of the page shows you how you can display the FV data points.

But I think it will be available soon. The best is to contact Charles directly:
