Hello everyone,

Our group has a Nanoscope IIIa with STM probe, using Nanoscope 5.12r4 as operating software. Our current research requires us to apply voltage pulses (about -4 V in height and 1-5μs in width) at predetermined spots on the scanning region.

I would like to know if there is an easy way to do this with our current software and equipment. I have read through several papers involving with voltage pulses but none of them provided the detailed procedure.

Many thanks!

Yi
