We have various versions of Veeco/DI AFMs with different controllers, heads and application modules.. and there are sometimes used systems out there that come up at attractive pricing.

Is there a resource anywhere that describes what the lineage of Digital Instruments/Veeco/Bruker systems are and what is compatible with what?

A cheat sheet with microscope (DI3100, DI-V, Multimode etc), scanners (open loop, closed loop), application modules (SCM-I, SCM-II etc), controller (NS-IIIa, IIId, IV, V) and software (v5, v6, v7)?

thanks!

Hi Chris,

Did you try contacting Tech support in Santa Barbara?

Not this time around.. it's been hit-or-miss in the past so I was looking to see if there was any other source of info out there.
