d33 measurement

Hi

I am using the Multimode with nanoscope software version 7.30r1sr3. I am doing PFM measurements and I want to find the quantitative value of d33 for my material. I read some previous post on d33 measurement. I have a similar problem. I can not figure out how to obtain a d33 VS voltage plot. I am using the point and shoot (ramp) to obtain the amplitude and phase response with the dc voltage. Can you give me obtain the numeric d33 value? Also is the amplitude of the tip vibration measurable from the deflection error?
