Hello everyone,

I find 2 bugs while using Nanoscope Analysis 1.4.

1) If I open the AFM original file by Nanoscope Analysis 1.4 and save the modification, the file can not be open by NanoScope Version5.12(the software for AFM measurement) anymore.

2)When I export 3D images through Nanoscope Analysis 1.4, the length unit ´µm´ can not be present. Instead, it shows just ´m´ in the 3D images.

Can you send me a copy of the raw files that exhibit these issues?  My email address is firstname dot lastname at bruker dash nano dot com.

Thanks!

Thanks for the example files!

It looks as if the export units issue has been fixed in the latest version of Nanoscope Analysis.  You can get a copy by following the directions here: NanoScope v8.15x to v8.15R3 Upgrade Procedure.pdf

The v5 compatibility issue is still a problem.  I will ask software to take a look at what we can do about it.

Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
