AFM problem

Hello,

I'm having a problem with a SPM CPII and I need help to solve it.

When I initialize the ProScan software (Ver 1.9) i get two different errors messages:

error 1: "Init:306:Programming error: bad arg to fnc.l"

error 2: "Init:312:DSP communication port errorl"

So I ran the DSP test and this is what i get:

C:\CPII\BIN>AllowIo.exe DSPLIFE.EXE 0x290 0x298 0x2C0 0x2C8 0x2D0 0x2DF
