Hi,
I'm working with an Innova AFM. I had two questions. First is there away to export all the data. I can use the cross section analysis tool to export a line of data although even that seems to be an average. Second, I know that I can use the tip qualification tool to get an estimate of the shape of the tip but not how I can apply it to the data to eliminate tip sample deconvolution.

I know that the freely available tool Gwyddion used to have a tip deconvolution feature, but I haven't really used it. Maybe worth a look.
