Dear all,

Using AFM in thermal experiment, the image abtained is not right, whether or not, the image is like the sine shape. In here, I choose the tip model of Contact-G (no coating, the spring constant is 0.2N/m), and the temperature is 50℃ (the stage and the tip are all heated). Actually, I want to attach a image in here, but I don't know how to do it.

Best regards!

Hi Younglin,

a number of factors may lead to a wavy image. I could take a look on your acquisition conditions if you decide to contact me via Skype (FalconDot). My other contact details can be found here:

Hi Younglin,

You have to first upload the image to "my files" on the nanoscale world. The you can use the "insert media" icon to select that file for appearing in a post.

Regards,

Stefan
