Hi,

I'm a Ph.D student who deals with self-assembly peptide for regenerative medicine.

I'm analyzing fibers with a width of 2nm and height around 20nm, using a tip method ; I would need the deconvolution formula suitable for fibers with a width of 2nm.

The formula that I used for the deconvolution is the following:

Δx= RADQ[2*(h*(2Rt - h))]

but it is wrong because it is valid for a   1nm <width< 1.5nm

thank you for attention
