tip bias together with sample bias by nanoscript

Hello,

My machine is Icon which has PF-KPFM.I want to inject charges on insulator by applying voltages on both tip and sample at the same time on PF-KPFM mode.But it seems that the voltage can not be applied on sample and tip at the same time when ramp. I want to use nanoscript to achieve this goal by programming. There is a function "LithoPulse" which can apply bias pluse on tip, but which function should I use to apply bias on sample?
